Job Description

A fast growing retail organization representing famous global brands in the Middle East have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their Dubai based team.The Role

  • As the Finance Manager, you will manage a team and ensure compliance with financial regulations and local customs and tax laws. You will also be working closely with the GM and Brand Management in revising brand servicing strategies and maximizing profitability. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing strategies for minimizing financial risk to the company. This includes research and analysis of financial reports and market trends, review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc and present them to senior management.
  • Communicating with departmental heads and brand managers on profitability related matters and providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Communicating along with the GM, to the investors of the company on MIS reports, statutory reports and future and current financial planning and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
  • Budget planning and analysis; projection of reports on future as well as current projects and track the companys financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
