Job Description

The CompanyOur client, a large hospitality asset management group, are looking to appoint a qualified Finance Manager to report into the CEO in Dubai. We are looking for somebody who can lead a small team and take ownership of the full accounting and reporting cycle as well as supporting business decisions through relevant data capture.The RoleKey responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Responsible for all operational accounting including: AR, AP, GL, and revenue recognition.
  • Responsible for month end closing, cashflow forecasting and working capital managementStreamlining and digitizing AR and AP processes
  • Maintaining, control frameworks procedures and systems
  • Monitor working capital requirements in both the short term and the long term
  • Own the processes of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Manage banking relationships and resolve all banking issues.
  • Review and approve all invoices ensuring supporting documents are sufficient and charges are valid.
  • Prepare Group reports to meet group accounting policies.
  • Participate in the monthly Finance Governance meetings with Clients to resolve billing/processing issues and coordinate with related parties to resolve dispute items.
