Job Description

Job Summary Utilize Inventory Dashboard to identify and action savings opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review the Inventory Dashboard daily, identify opportunities for savings or waste reduction in the following:

  • Inventory Relocation Tool (IRT) - Duplicate purchases
  • Open POs - Aged Items
  • Open SOs - Aged Items
Contact and/or visit key operational personnel to action saving opportunities.Prepare weekly reports of activities and achievements/savings.Identify potential improvements in the Dashboard or process. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Good analytical and mathematical skills.Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form.Knowledge of the basic accounting principles and financial analysis.Should be capable of preparing and maintaining records and documentation.Should have good written and oral communication skills.Experience with computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment. Qualifications/Experience: EssentialFinal year student in Finance Faculty or Supply Chain, or a Fresh graduate.Exposure to Finance and/or Supply Chain processesProficiency in English Language Desirable Operational Project.
