They are currently looking to hire a Finance Director to join their team.DescriptionStrategy (35%):Contribution to Groups strategic management through development and development Maintaining strategies, including financial and commerce the side of theParticipate in the role of leadership in future planning and effective daily life STS Group organization and related corporate activities including, business planning, policy making, financial forecasting and strategic decisionsWork with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to generate new revenue Stream and evaluate new projects and build new customerWork with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to generate new revenue, evaluate new projects, and build relationships with newFinance (35%):Develop and implement an organizations overall financial strategy and have effective overall management and control of all capital and income budget to ensure financial resilience.Responsible for the financial aspects of any strategic projects aimed at increasing the organizations growthTo assure that appropriate financial and operational controls are in place for support of cost and income control, and for procedures to be followed, a comprehensive overview of all departments activities and budgets must be maintainedAll departments, particularly the finance, procurement, and business development teams, must monitor and regulate the quality and cost-effectiveness of services offered.All commercial resources and budgets are effectively managed and controlled.To work closely with all department heads to guarantee accurate, timely, and accessible reporting.Oversee all accounting functions, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue reconciliation.Maintain a current understanding of financial, tax, administration, and operational best practices and ensure that the organization complies with all legal and statutory requirements.People (20%):Supervising a team of 20 people, including 5-7 direct subordinates.Promote a culture of change and development by championing and promoting it.
