? Reporting to Finance Head? Daily funds monitoring & coordination with banks? Assisting Finance Head ? Project financing and bank facilities management? Coordinating with various banks on facilities and various other requirements? Opening of LCs and all the paper works related up to the payment? Coordinating with Purchase Department on various requirements of LCs? Follow up with banks for LC, LC amendments, guarantee requirements? Coordinating with QS & Estimation department on various requirements for issuance of guarantees? Issuing various bonds and keeping records of guarantees till it is cancelled? Treasury management ? assisting Finance Head? Coordinating with branch offices? Monthly bank reconciliation of all the banks of for all the Branches across gulf region? Bank payment voucher of all bank charges, LC payments, guarantee charges? All bank related issues? Coordinating for signature procedures ? Other jobs directed by Finance Head? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in finance, accounting, audit, or tax. A master's degree in business management or administration or a professional education equivalent to CPA? The position demands excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)? At-least 3 ? 5 years relevant experience in Engineering contracting companies is required preferably in gulf region.
