Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail group in the Middle East, looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and generating business performance reports, that will be vital in management decision making.As a Financial Analyst, you will:* Analyze companys financial data and performance* Provide financial models and forecasts; compare budget versus actuals* Perform trend analysis and provide recommendations to management* Generate and present MIS reports; develop new formats and tools as necessary* Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial informationDesirable skills and background:* MBA or Chartered Accountant, with at least 5 years relevant experience in the same capacity* Strong financial analysis background in the Retail industry* Strong presentation, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modelling skills* Proficiency in ERP or related systems* Excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you feel you have what it takes to become part of this successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
