Finance & Accounts ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Manage the treasury and ensure appropriate and judicious allocation of funds for various operations within Group?Ensure proper maintenance of the Financial Accounts in an accurate manner on a day-to-day basis without any backlog?Provide the Management with Financial Information from time to time?Ensure all the assets of the Group are safeguarded properly?Present the Monthly Financial Statements of the Group on or before 7th of succeeding month with complete and comprehensive information?Handle all the Commercial, legal and statutory requirements of the Group?Oversee the Credit Control function and ensure that there is strict Credit Control across the group and the risks are adequately covered?Monitor the movement of stocks and give regular inputs to the Management on the Stock position 9. Monitor the purchases and sales and ensure timely claims with the suppliers and principals for back-end rebates on achievement of volumes/targets.?Actively participate in the Corporate Governance and ensure strict compliance with Policies and Procedures at all levels in the Group?Represent the interests of the Owners and be the whistle blower of the Group?Take care of the investments of the Owners in various family businesses and other investments in UAE and India
