Position Title:Field Service TechnicianEmployment Type:Full timeSalary:Depending on experience and qualifications?Job Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the client:The hiring company is a well-known scent marketing company in Dubai, UAE.Job Role:Responsible for installing, servicing, and providing technical support for fragrance systemsTravel to client sites to install & service environmental fragrance systems that disperse fragrance into desired target areasFollow up with customers receiving service to verify expectations are achievedInterface with Client Relations personnel to coordinate shipment of replacement equipment when neededPerform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installed in client locations as requiredPerform basic diagnostics and repairs on installed equipment as requiredPerform onsite property survey and equipment specification as instructed in scope of workPrepare, complete and submit all technical paperwork per company guidelinesComplete tasks as directed by installation & service schedules with minimum supervision
