JOB SUMMARY:The Field Service Representative will support field service repairs, maintenance, and inspection work with customers in MEA regions to drive service revenue and excellence in compliance with all administrative requirements. Field Service Representatives are required to perform in a professional manner to provide customers with the highest possible level of service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:? Provide customer support in service, repair and inspection of their equipment in the MEA regions and if needed in other areas in Europe. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment over the phone, in person or using other technical methods as developed.? Work to and uphold the Company's Health & Safety Policy as well as ensuring their work area is well presented and upholds the Company's image.? Instruct operators and customers with correct operation and maintenance schedules. Provide (internal) technical training to customers and service partners.? Carry out pre-inspection on New & Used equipment if required? Monitor & Support Distributor / Customer Accounts as required (Parts, Service, Warranty)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma.? Three (3) or more years of automotive, truck, or agricultural tech experience? Fluent in English.? Full Valid Driver s license.? Good Communications Skills? Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:? IPAF Operator & Load & Unloading Certificates.? Telehandler lift truck license.? Microsoft Office Suite.? Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi? Experience with Access / Material Handling / Crane Equipments
