Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for Oracle Xstore installations and configurations at retail locations across Dubai.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Oracle Xstore, ensuring minimal downtime for the retail operations.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle Xstore software.
  • Perform system health checks, maintenance tasks, and preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
