Job Title: Field EngineerLocation: United Arab EmiratesJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of Field engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:•Project Design and Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.•Site Assessment: Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data and evaluate project feasibility.•Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and construction activities meet regulatory requirements and adhere to safety and quality standards.•Project Management: Oversee construction activities, manage project timelines, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.•Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.•Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any engineering issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Requirements:•Education: Bachelors degree in Field Engineering or a related field.•Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Field engineering, preferably within the UAE.•Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.•Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and construction practices. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Field 3D) and Microsoft Office.•Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.•Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
