Kinetic˙is working with a leading˙Medical Device˙company who are hiring a˙Field Application Specialist˙to be based in˙Dubai.?Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.   • Responsible for new customer implementations and user training.
  • Present the company?s product and provide technical information.
  • Support customer product evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships.
  • Build support infrastructure and processes, developing documentation and training materials.
  • Analyse case trends and provide report/feedback for product improvements.
  • Manage and resolve customer support issues.
  • Assist in installations and provide onsite training.
