Job Description

:We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in property management or real estate sectors within the UAE. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations for the company, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Prepare and oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property management and asset management.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity for smooth operational activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies for the company.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and management teams.
