Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for an FF&E Manager in Dubai on a full-time basis.

Manage the entry of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications from the interior design specification book to project installation and reconciliation.
Work with the interior design department/customer to establish project timelines, quantities, and required delivery schedules.
During the pricing process, assist in resolving any issues and/or provide clarification by working with the internal departments, interior designer, supplier, and Client.
Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress, and complete projects on plan.
Develop proposed project budgets and maintain project expenditures within budget.
Develop and interpret specifications, scopes of work, and contracts where applicable.
Effectively communicate and update superiors on project progress.
Hold regular status meetings with the project team.
Facilitate client meetings effectively.
Manage day-to-day client interaction.
Compellingly convey project findings through the preparation of reports and customer presentations.
