We are located in Dubai Business Bay We are hiring enthusiastic and professional Tele-sales agents to provide an improved customer experience and high quality call center services attend and make calls of our existing and new clients make solutions to draft a proposal to schedule appointment of agents with clients and to finalize the project. To be successful as a Tele caller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals Owner and tenant, negotiating rent / sale properties.Job Role and Responsibilities -Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale optionObtaining and updating lists of individuals contact details.Calling active owner/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental and salesNoting important details of each conversation.Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing.Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others dispositions.
