Job Description

To generate sales through outbound telemarketing efforts, by contacting potential customers and promoting company products and services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products and services
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities for further sales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep updated with industry trends and market changes
  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
