Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tax Advisor to join our team at our kiosk counter. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions for our tax registration services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have a strong ability to attract and retain clients, particularly within the SME and startup sectors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage and attract clients at the kiosk counter.
  • Understand clients needs and recommend suitable tax registration services.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Convert kiosk visitors into loyal clients through persuasive communication and follow-up.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax-related services and current regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Record and manage client information using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities at the kiosk.
