Accurately recording customers measurements, instructions, and preferences.
Working closely with the Production Manager in relation to the customers? requirement as instructed by the Showroom Boutique Manager.
Maintain and update Ongoing Orders, Ready for Collection/Shipment, Ready for Prova and Orders on Hold.
Prepare and report on a regular basis to the Sales Team, Production Team and Admin Team the Ongoing Orders, Ready for Collection/Shipment, Ready for Prova and Orders on Hold.
Ensure compliance with the 7 steps process are followed (Initial Caftan Checklist).
In-charge of the garment pressing.
Perform clerical task as required by the Production Team.
