Our flexible working hours promote work-life balance and ensure you thrive personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities:?Provide expert guidance on business setup, company formation, and restructuring processes.?Manage the entire lifecycle of company formation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.?Stay updated on UAE laws, including AML, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR).?Maintain and manage client information in the CRM system with accuracy.?Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement.?Draft and review corporate documents such as resolutions, attestations, legalizations, and bank account applications.?Liaise with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
