Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inventory Invoice Booking

  • All inventory invoices should be booked against GRN. Hence GRN should be checked and closed against Invoice on monthly basis.
  • Inventory related accounts are monitored like Advances to vendors breakdown
Audit tasks
  • At year end, to verify inventory listing with Vendors, reconcile with stock count and confirmation list from vendor. To have quick turnaround time to provide audit required details.
