Job Description

As a Fashion Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fashion production. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes of our garments. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in cost, quality, and quantity of goods produced.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sampling & production process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and supervise the sampling and production team.
  • Source raw materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cost-effective practices.
  • Develop and manage schedules.
  • Guarantee the samples and production of high-quality garments.
  • Allocate human and material resources efficiently.
  • Estimate costs and set quality standards.
  • Monitor and adjust sampling & production processes and schedules as necessary.
  • Implement and monitor quality-control programs.
  • Liaise with different departments including suppliers and managers.
  • Work with managers to implement company policies and goals.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
  • Review and assess the performance of subordinates.
  • Identify and address training needs.
*2 years Production/Project Management Required*Must be in Dubai
