  • Manages Hotel Pre-Opening takeover, de-flagging processes & activities administration
  • Establishes effective and timely Pre-Opening processes, tools & resources, leading to an on-time on-brand opening hotel ramp up ready to deliver commercial guests and employees satisfaction
  • Contribute to solid interdepartmental relations (VPOs, Excom, Design & Technical Services, hub support departments)
  • Monitoring and reporting of the Hub pipeline
  • Verifies hotel opening projects progress with the teams on site
  • Drives collaboration & provide support in the pre-opening phase
  • Creates hotel manning guides and Pre-Opening budgets
Qualifications
  • Is well familiar with the Luxury and International Hotel Industry
  • Traveling is a part of the assignment
  • Language skills: fluent English written and spoken
  • Communication skills
  • Organization skills
