We have an opportunity for a FAE Advanced Detection Middle East to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Dubai.As the Advanced Detection Field Application Engineer you will ensure that our internal and external OEM customers are fully trained and able to design/support the Xtralis range of Honeywell AD portfolio in the Middle East region based out of Dubai, products include VESDA, OSID, XCL and Faast technologies. The role will also include NPI products as they are released to market.?Responsibilities
  • You will act as the domain knowledge and technical expert, work closely with system integrators, consultants, and end-users to assist the regional sales team to specify the offerings, design solutions for specific projects and drive acceptance for the same. In addition, you will closely work together with internal teams including Sales, Quality, Customer Support, Product Management and R&D. You will support the commercialization efforts of our sales and business development teams, helping them to identify prospective customers and to transform these customer leads into customer wins.
  • ?You will work with marketing and engineering to develop the next generation Advanced Detection portfolio so that it meets local requirements and positions Honeywell to continue to lead in this space. This may also include contact with the regulatory teams and or agencies so a good working knowledge of local codes and normatives as well as UL/FM and EN standards will be necessary in this position
  • ?You will have a revenue target linked to local accounts achievement and you will develop tools to improve productivity in the specification / design phase and lead internal and external product training to increase the market acceptance of the Advanced Detection Fire Detection portfolio.??
  • ?This is an exciting new role as Honeywell accelerate development of new life safety technologies but also continue to grow its customer base and portfolio within the region
