FACTORY SUPERVISOR - 5000 AED per month - Dubai Investments Park 1Job responsibilities:? Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols as listed in theemployee handbook and addressing any potential hazards.? Supervise and coordinate production activities and report to the production manager.? Ensure the timely completion of production orders as per schedule while maintaining high--quality standards.? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.? Monitor and maintain product quality by implementing quality control measures as listedout in the employee handbook and addressing any quality issues promptly.? Ensure all machines and equipment undergo yearly maintenance and are safe to use.? Ensure all workers maintain and provide accurate inputs to the daily work log for efficiencytracking and monitoring.? Resolve any factory-related issues or escalate to the production manager if required.? Collaborate and promote collaboration within the team and cross-functional teams formaximum efficiency.
