? Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers.? Managing a team of 100+ staff, primarily carpenters, warehouse staff, engineers in the manufacturing process.? Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion.? Duties include production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety.? Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects.? Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L. Sourcing new project materials from suppliers.? Recruitment, training and motivation of a large team
