Eco Facility Management is hiring for Facility Management Supervisor•At least 4-5 years’ overall experience.•Must have at least 2-3 years’ of UAE experience related to his field.•Must have the knowledge working in Facility Management, Residential management and commercial building.•Must handle full building PPM with Hard Services (, FIRE SYSTEM, HVAC, ELEVATOR, CIVIL WORK, GAS)•Soft Services (Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management)•Must have strong skills in their work•Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.•Follow up the SOPS to their workers in project base KPIS and Safety•Making daily, weekly, monthly reports•Must have computer skills and reporting.•Can be flexible and trustworthy.Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid), Employment Visa with at least 1 month noticePassport should be valid for more than 6 months.Driving License: Optional not MandatoryLocation: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face-to-Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.Age: between 30 – 45 years oldSubmit yours CVS.Job Type: ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
