  • Take the lead in managing Facility Staff daily operations, including maintenance of the building and repair of equipment
  • Plan with management regarding projections of upcoming major renovations and new constructions
  • Oversee custodial and security staff
  • Ensure that all facilities - lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working or living conditions for occupants of the assigned buildings
  • Supervise the design and upkeep of the facilities? grounds and landscaping
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations with local or international companies in all facilities requirements which includes but not limited to inspections, reports, contracts, quotations, deadlines, attention to details, organized etc.
