Job Description

The position of aFacilities Coordinatoris responsible for ensuring the optimal working environment by providing full maintenance services of a givenfacilityas well as promoting safety and security conditions.Providing, maintaining and developing a number of different services such as:

  • Property strategy
  • Space management
  • Communications and connectivity infrastructure
  • Building, Open and Green areas, Water features, Elevators, Sporting facilities, Parking, Inside and Outside maintenance
  • Testing and inspections
  • Building administration
  • Contract management
  • Environment, health, safety and sanitization
  • Security
  • Tenancy liaising and problem solving
  • Managing renovations and refurbishments
  • Supervising and executing to completion all projects contracted and subcontracted
