? Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions, document needed repair and recommendations for safety.? Upgrade buildings as needed to meet the current OSHA compliance standards.? Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry related repair.? Coordinate with outside contractors on repair request.? Reconfigure, install and position equipment from site to site.? Managed and coordinated work with 3rd party vendors including: tracking work order completion, vendor and client follow up, validating/approving subcontractor invoices and ensuring high service levels are achieved.? Provided facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed. Work with 3rd party teams for build outs/building improvements.?
