BK Gulf FM offers end to end Integrated FM solutions including mobile applications for 24/7 technical helpdesk support.Designation: Facilities Manager - FMReports To: Operations Manager, General ManagerInterfaces with: Client, FM Engineers, SupervisorsFunction/Role: FM Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring all technical tasks assigned are carried out efficiently and are to highest professional standards, also ensure all technical reports, files and records are compiled accurately and promptly maintained as per best industry practice.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide facilities and reliability engineering support for the operation of facilities area. This includes enhancing safety, reliability and integrity of facilities, ensuring compliance to codes and regulations, promoting best practices, providing subject matter expertise and technical support, and collaboration on business opportunities.Ensure that all plant, equipment, services and related equipment installed in various commercial and residential buildings are maintained good, reliable, accurate and operational by adapting best practice in comprehensive PPM and rectification measures, also well understanding on the SFG 20 international FM standards and its implementation.Capabilities to understand & review the SLA and maintain the respective KPIs for the various FM contract.Identify and mitigate high technical risks by developing/adopting and supporting reliability programs for plant facilities.Create program of standards and initiatives to increase facility reliability; maintain and improve this program through on-going auditing, subject matter expertise and communication with operations/maintenance team.Maintain and monitor effectiveness of reliability initiatives and keep Risk Watch ReportTo provide leadership to the Engineers, assistant engineers, team leaders and technicians, to maximize the efficiency of the PPM and reactive maintenance.Coordinate the development, execution and technical assessment of Management of Change.Reasonable level of written& email communication, Interaction and coordinate with client, managing sub-contractors if needed. Execute the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance procedures covering all general electrical Building assets.Education and Training: Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringExperience: 6-10 YearsLanguages: Fluency in English, Additional Language is a plusSkills/Ability: Good Communication & Computer SkillsAbility to apply logical or scientific thinking and approach to a practical problemDuties and Responsibilities:Provide facilities and reliability engineering support for the operation of facilities area.
