Job Description

The opportunityAn exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business that provides interrogated facilities management services for a leading global manufacturer, managing sites across KSA.The facilities manager (FM) is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities services as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the Senior facilities manager based in Dubai.In this capacity, the job holder will be the person responsible for the service delivery at specified KSA locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs/SLAs.The FM is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards. Once developed the FM must oversee the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g., direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals. The FM is responsible for representing Mace in the local and regional business.The facilities manager shall have the ultimate authority over all the work required in completing the requirements of the contract.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Observing procedures as required by the contract.
  • Driving Mace?s workplace experience, sustainability and technology advancements to the client.
  • Providing general administration of the department, (holidays, training, performance reviews and etc.).
  • Updating and maintaining official safety documents, liaising with government authorities.
  • Maintaining full financial awareness and control.
  • Overseeing the meeting KPIs and SLAs defined within the contract.
  • Promoting Safety first, going home safe and well.
  • Preparing and distributing the quarterly/annual business review (QBR/ABR) information to the client?s satisfaction.
  • Delivering to the client what we promise.
  • Organising the fire evacuation and first aid training for employees.
About youYou have a degree qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering. You have certification of PMP/FMP or a member of BIFM would be beneficial. You have manufacturing experience. You have experience in owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.You are digitally savvy and an expert user of MS Office software. You have knowledge of health, safety and the environment is beneficial. You have experience in facilities management and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
