Job Description

United Arab EmiratesÿFeb 23, 2023ÿAED 12000 - AED 15000ÿContract ÿFull timeOur client is a Properties Management Company part of UAEs largest Bank. They are now looking for aÿFacilities Engineer to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To implement Values added services ? ESG initiatives, Energy Management, thermography, water testing, luxÿ
  • level testing, air quality testing etc.
  • Ensure operation and monitoring of all systems within the facilities in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.
  • Operation and maintenance of , BMS, Housekeeping, Security & Surveillance systems.
  • Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule as per the need of OEM, facility and environmental conditions.
  • Assist in Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) ,Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP?s) & Service Level Agreements ( SLA?s)
