Job Description

Position Title: Facade Project ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE. Job Description:

  • Study contract agreement, job specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine appropriate construction methods and prepare/submit project progress reports, or project tracking reports.
  • Coordinate with design/technical department for the shop drawings, structural calculation and material submittal.
  • Shop drawings and materials approval follow?up with client/consultant/main contractor
  • Coordinate on?site activities according to project?s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards
  • Confer with sub?contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems
