  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
  • Supervise and lead the F&B team, including waitstaff, servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
  • Monitor and control expenses to achieve budgeted financial goals and targets
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain proper food quality, presentation, and consistency
