F&B Reservations AgentJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities include:?Handling customer and guest booking requests using Mandarin Oriental standards for data entry, email, and call quality.?Proactively managing customer queries and escalations via phone and email.?Maximizing revenue through booking conversions and upselling restaurant options.?Completing group and event bookings and ensuring timely handover to the team.?Staying updated with training and information to perform effectively.?Working flexible shifts as required by the business.?Maintaining data integrity and security of customer information.?Performing other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Experience:?1-2 years of experience in high-end customer service roles, face-to-face or over the phone (essential).?Effective communication skills tailored to various customer profiles (essential).?Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential).?Fluent in English, both spoken and written (essential).?Team player with knowledge of reservation systems.?Additional languages, especially Arabic or Russian, are desirable.?Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
