  • Execute procurement process for all requisition for food and beverage and other related items; assuring quality, quantity at lowest possible cost.
  • Liaise between suppliers and restaurants to ensure their needs are met.
  • Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers?and negotiate contracts while monitoring the quality of service and product provided
  • Conduct reviews and tenders and then make recommendations, based on commercial and operational requirements
