Knowledge of Navision/ SharePoint/ Excel is an advantageKEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparation of the inventory reports for all the cinemas in Navision and verify the physical count to match with books quantity.Calculation of cost goods for each item sold in the concession and conduct menu costing as required by the F&B department.Maintain the Master F & B Inventory File in Excel up to date linking to the system data.Support F&B logistics to ensure timely receipt of products and goods to all warehouses and cinemas sites. Local as well as import & export.Ensuring inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily concession activities, cycle counts, stock movements and audit the same to verify results.Coordinate with Cinema managers and Marketing head for all kind of promotions in the concession as well as Box Office.Track and charge out all products leaving purchasing to the appropriate cost center.Assist Inventory Officer on raising PR on SharePoint and regular follow up with procurement.
