? Oversee day-to-day operations and processes of audit engagements. Work with the team to address accounting, auditing, and other issues, while using audit tools and technology. Supervise all stages of audit (planning, execution and reporting). Develop deep technical expertise around audit and accounting topics. Manage audit engagements ? staffing, feedback and development. Implement high standards of quality. Lead multiple audit engagements simultaneously. Anticipate engagement issues and take appropriate measures to resolve? Develop/maintain strong working relationships with clients to communicate value and inform them of the firm's scope of services. Interact with key personnel of clients so as to ensure delivery of timely and quality service.? Collaborate to plan objectives and determine audit strategy that appropriately addresses risk. Establish the expectations of the value to be delivered. Successfully monitor the engagement team against budgets, and alter if necessary? Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Stay informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the client
