Coordinate with the freight forwarders, transporter, inspection agencies & local government agencies.
Follow-up and managing day-to-day Air/Sea/Road shipments and documentation
Follow up on customer payment with coordination with accounts
Review and audit the freight forwarder invoices
preparation of invoices and packing lists for the shipping & customs clearance
Coordinate with shipping agents and couriers for bookings and ensure dispatch of orders from the warehouse as early as possible.
Update customers and share shipping documents and estimated delivery day.
Handle the daily planning and scheduling of all assigned shipments through effective communication with the warehouse team and forwarders.
Prepare accurate daily reports for management.
