- Be the companys face in front of the buyers- Lead generation and adding new customers while maintaining relationship with existing customers- Conduct regular market surveys to gather crucial information such as product requirement, prices, other specifications- Maintain a database of customers and enable transparency for the management on daily activities and follow up needed to increase sales and customer satisfaction- Build the sales team - hiring and ongoing training of new salespeople- Identify and recommend prospects for new business opportunities- Negotiate prices & deal contracts; coordinate with exports team to ensure successful fulfilment; and resolve customer concerns
