Job Description

A shareholder at Kaizen is interested in launching a real estate fund, and requires assistance in:

  • Creating the financial model of the fund based on multiple scenario assumptions provided by the client.
  • Analyze multiple financial scenarios and ratios and provide advise.
  • Create high level fund management structure and terms, as well as financial model of the Management Company.
  • Create timeline from deployment to fund exit.
  • Create Prospectus and Fact Sheets.
