The role of the Expeditor is to monitor the orders and ensure that the materials are delivered in the specified amount of time. Work closely with suppliers to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery.??Key Accountabilities:?1.?????Track orders from placement through to delivery (issue PO, receipting of PO, delivery follow up)2.????Ensure goods & services are delivered to the business on timely basis & update end users3.????Logging of invoices and following up on payments4.????iSupplier- Registering & assistance when required.5.????Managing the Supplier Database and ensuring all documentation is in place6.????Month end closing of Open POs7.????Administration Tasks: Booking meeting rooms, visitor access, corporate deals, raising requisitions and credit card reconciliation8.????Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with internal stakeholders to promote effective procurement9.????Handling escalated issues with Suppliers10.?Resolving issues with stakeholders/suppliers
