Job Description? To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.? To proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.? Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependants if required.? To assist all TFG sponsored staff in the medical check process.? Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring.? Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes? Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.? To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.? Maintain and update the various labor & immigration portals and ensure to manage the minimum required fund on the portal.? To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.? Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.? Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.? To submit required documentation to the banks and process bank transactions as advised by the Regional Finance Manager.? Prepare letter in Arabic / English as when required. Should translate documents in English to Arabic & vice versa? Should have sound knowledge in how to raise MOL complaints and the entire process revolving around it.? Assist in company errands when required to.? RERA knowledge is an added advantage as this role will handle CID process & developer card process for our Sales employees? Should be proficient in handling payment through E.Dirhan, Naqoodi & CBD? Should have sound knowledge & experience handling various application sites like EDNRD, MOHRE, E-Netwasal, RTA, Emirates ID Authority etc.? Keep the relevant stakeholders updated on the new rules and changes? The Visa Executive must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.? Must take full responsibility of all labor & Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.Desired Skill & Expertise? Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in handling inhouse UAE employment visa processing system (MOL & Immigration) for minimum 250 employees.? Should have sound knowledge in UAE Labor law and Immigration rules and regulation? High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively particularly with local government bodies.? Detail oriented and Excellent organization skills.? Committed to quality work? Task oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize competing projects and issues? Strong work-ethic and self-accountability? Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? Ability to research complex visa regulations and articulate findings? Cross cultural communication? Applicant must hold a valid UAE driving license.Preferred Computer Proficiency:? Should be proficient in MS Office - like Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint? Excellent computer skills and IT knowledge on all Government official smart apps, e-dirham, e Government applications and other Electronic Funds Transfer.? Must have experience and know-how in the portal system usage (EDNRD and MOHRE)? Learning and experience on the entrance framework use (EDNRD and MOHRE)Preferred Qualifications:? Bachelor s degree? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.? Excellent typing skills in both English and Arabic.
