  • Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Supervising the kitchen staff and ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Assisting in the management of food inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner and are consistent with the hotels standards of excellence
