Job Description

A company is looking to hire a Personal Assistant for the CEO. The ideal candidate should be a self- motivated and energetic individual with a go-to-attitude. Events and/or Real estate background would be an advantage. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in Dubai is requiredDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES? Perform secretarial and administrative duties for the principal and occasionally for other family members? Assist the CEO in managing real estate business in UAE, including purchase and sale transactions, accounting, and bank money movements.? Assist the CEO in events management for annual festival including PR work? Assist CEO with bank transactions? Coordinating with teams in India for projects and paperwork? Book meeting rooms for external guests and arrange refreshments if required? Manage databases and keep organized records? In charge of all travel arrangements for the CEO and his family members (i.e., visa applications, flights and hotel bookings, car rentals, etc.)? Maintain residency and golden visa status for CEO and family members? Take care of all other necessary personal requests from the CEO and family members? Manage household errands (i.e., house assistants, bills, drivers? schedule, etc.)? In charge of paperwork such as personal expenses, investments and bank accounts openingapplications? Monitor CEO?s car for car insurances, renewals, SALIK, fines and monitoring? Ensure any other PA-related duties are being executed
