Job Description

Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to act as one of the organizations ambassadors and facilitate the full scope of leasing the DSO facilities such as offices, warehouses, light industrial units, plots, villas, apartments from attracting clients to setting up their businesses.Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively attract companies and customers and promote DSO by means of sales calls, networking, attending local & international exhibitions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide a hassle free experience in their business setups.
  • Be well informed in detail of DSO owned properties.
  • Closing Sales leads to increase DSO revenue.
  • Welcoming & having ethics of doing business.
  • Work closely with other departments to efficiently register companies and generate revenue.
  • Good knowledge of UAE laws and regulations for company setups.
Qualifications
  • Higher diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Real Estate or an equivalent field.
