Quest Search and Selection is looking for a brilliant Executive Resourcer to join our team in Dubai! You will be an integral part of the Recruitment team by providing invaluable support to our Recruitment Consultants through candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database searching and ensuring quality assurance compliance.As an Executive Resourcer, you will:- Source and select candidates from Job Boards and- Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics, etc.- Liaise with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match- Deal with either permanent, contract and temporary placements, and finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels.Skills and background:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or similar field- Open to candidates with at least 6 months experience that has strong recruitment internship background in a Recruitment Agency- Able to gain peoples confidence and put them at ease- Persuasive, persistent and patient- Able to cope with pressure and work within deadlines- Strong organizational and administrative skills- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Can start ASAPIf you are looking to be part of a rapidly expanding company here in Dubai, apply with your updated CV today.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
