About The RoleAs and Executive Finance Operation you will provide ongoing finance support to merchandize procurement activities and to ensure KPIs are met using relevant systems and processes. What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as a single point of contact with Brand in terms of financial activities such as payment, LC, payment terms etc.
  • Support Sr. Executive/ Fin Ops Manager in reviewing and securing best payment terms with suppliers in coordination with Buying.
  • Coordinate with the suppliers on payments to ensure that all products are delivered, and the payment is processed within due dates and ATI commitments to suppliers are met.
  • Maintain receivables records (advance/ RTV/ damages) and follow up with suppliers/Brands to clear advance payment monthly.
  • Provide FSS/Buyers on a weekly basis with information regarding pending payments.
  • Coordinate with Buyers and Brand to finalize the LC values and expiry date to facilitate LC issuance and renewal.
  • Provide Finance department with the relevant information required for drafting Letters of Credit and submit for supplier approval.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of LCs- issuance, safe custody, renewal, cancellations, value revisions etc.
  • Resolve/monitor supplier damages and liaise with the suppliers in case of any variance/damage to prompt immediate corrective action.
  • Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/in
About YouTo be successfulin securing the role, you will need to have the following qualification, skills and experience:
  • Post graduation in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years similar experience preferably in leading Retail Companies.
  • Knowledge of Financial accounting system- JDE/ SAP/ Tally.
  • Knowledge of Retail merchandize systems- ORACLE/ SAP/ MS.
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office- Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent in MS Office applications like Excel and Power Point
