Job PurposeThe post is a position mainly to perform the Planning & Design Department Unit technical issues either in the design or the construction stages.Main ResponsibilitiesA. Drawings Control:? Monitoring of in and out related Drawings.? Maintain and manage masterplan and projects technical drawings? Attend and record the related technical meetings based on the Director request.B. Technical:? Implementation of the approved system procedure.? (Master plan) Implementation of proposal / modification of the master plan drawings & plot schedules.? (Design) Preparation of the required data for design completion (Affection plan, Coordinates, existing andproposed levels and development regulations).? (Construction & Project Completion) Preparation of the required permits during the construction stage,site demarcation, also Preparation of the building completion certificates.? Preparation of the required data for G.I.S database.? Survey data entry, updating the drawing with the existing levels, also, issuing the coordinates to thesurveyor.- Administration matters (Backup, filing, hardware & software coordination)? Preparation of the required external or in house presentation / printing drawings.? Manage / modify / monitor / record masterplan infrastructure data and drawings? Coordinate with other governments authorities issues that are related to land transaction / plot registrationsand infrastructure drawings? Communicating with Sales team and issuing the required documents to Land Department related to VillaRegistration.? Maintaining the registry of received drawings and retrieving the same when required.C. Reporting:? This post is reporting to the Director ? Development Control? No correspondence to be issued directly to any external party (except for the concerned client)D. Others:? On Time and as Scheduled Completion? Ensure the good relation with other Partners such as Authorities & Investors- Skilled in AutoCAD MicroStation GIS BIM applications
