Job Description

We are seeking a dynamicBusiness Relationship and Client Servicing Executiveto manage and grow relationships with our key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, specifically working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) or assistance companies. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance domain, including claims processes, provider management, and marketing strategies, to ensure high-level service delivery and maintain long-term client satisfaction.Fluency in Arabic is a mustto effectively communicate with our diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, providing solutions to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and provider management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with healthcare providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including claims, underwriting, and operations, to deliver high-quality client servicing.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, addressing issues related to claims processing, provider networks, and service-related concerns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed client reports, including key metrics on service delivery, claims management, and provider performance.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.
